Terms of Play: One Account per Person, AU$20 Minimum Payout

This page summarises the rules that govern an account here. It is written in plain English so that the important obligations are legible without a lawyer, and it does not replace the full terms and conditions displayed inside your account, which are the version that binds both of us. Where the two differ, the version in your account applies.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble where you live. One account is allowed per person, per household and per IP address, and duplicate registrations are closed rather than merged. Accounts are personal: you may not let another person use yours, and you may not play on behalf of anyone else.

The information you give at registration must be accurate and must match the identity documents you later submit. A mismatch between the name on an account and the name on a payment instrument will stop a payout and may close the account. Keep your email address current, because it is the channel through which every reward, code and security notice reaches you.

Deposits, withdrawals and verification

Verification happens once per account rather than on every request. We may repeat a check if the information on file changes, if a payment method is added, or if a regulator or payment partner requires it. Requests that sit unverified for an extended period may be cancelled and the funds returned to the balance.

Bonus rules

Bonuses are optional and must be claimed before the deposit they attach to, never afterwards. A match cannot be applied retroactively, because it binds at the moment funds clear. Declining every bonus is a legitimate way to play, and a deposit made without one carries no wagering requirement and no cap on what may be withdrawn.

Bonus abuse voids a bonus and any winnings derived from it. That includes coordinated play across multiple accounts, staking patterns designed to hedge a requirement rather than to play a game, and the use of a code that was never issued to your account. We investigate before we act and we explain the reason when we do.

Changes, disputes and closure

We may change these terms, our bonus offers and our processing windows, and material changes are notified through the account. Continuing to play after a change indicates acceptance of it. You may close your account at any time, and any withdrawable balance is paid out once verification is complete.

Complaints should start with live chat, which resolves the great majority the same day. Where a dispute cannot be settled that way, it escalates to our operator, Dama N.V., and then to the licensing authority in CuraƧao. We keep records of complaints because our licence requires it and because they tell us where the site is failing.
