Privacy Policy: Why We Hold Your ID Only Until a First Payout
This policy explains what we collect, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect the minimum a licensed operator needs in order to run lawful accounts, verify identity and process payments. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
What we collect
- Account details — email address, password hash, date of birth, country
- Identity documents — photo ID and proof of address, submitted before a first payout
- Payment data — the method used, masked instrument details, transaction history
- Gameplay records — wagers, wins, bonus status and session times
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and cookies
- Support records — live chat transcripts, emails and call notes
Identity documents exist for one reason: a licensed operator cannot lawfully pay out to an unverified person. We ask for them once, we review them by hand, and we do not use them for marketing. Gameplay and technical records support responsible-gambling monitoring and fraud prevention alongside the obvious job of running the games.
Why we hold it, and for how long
Each category has a purpose and a retention period attached to it. Account and transaction records are kept for the period our licence and anti-money-laundering obligations require, which outlasts the life of an account. Support transcripts are retained for a shorter window so that a complaint can be reconstructed accurately.
Where a record is no longer needed for a legal, regulatory or dispute-resolution purpose, it is deleted or anonymised. Closing an account does not immediately erase everything, because a regulator may still require evidence that a payout was made to the right person. That obligation sits above your deletion request and we will say so plainly if it applies.
Who sees it
Data reaches three kinds of recipient and no others. Our own staff see what their role requires, which for most agents is an account summary rather than a document. Payment processors and identity verification providers receive what they need to complete a specific transaction or check. Regulators and law enforcement receive data where a lawful request obliges us to provide it.
Traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted with SSL, identity documents are stored under encryption, and access to them is logged. No system is beyond compromise, and we would rather commit to prompt disclosure than promise an impossible perfection. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Cookies and your choices
Cookies keep you signed in, remember interface preferences and let us understand which pages are actually read. You can clear or block them in the browser, though a signed-in session will not survive without the essential ones. We do not run advertising cookies that follow you to other sites.
You may ask us for a copy of the data we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. You may also object to marketing at any time and it will stop, without affecting your ability to play. Requests reach us through live chat or the support email address, and we respond within a reasonable period.
